Susan Greco is a lifelong Maryland resident, entrepreneur, Associate Broker, and passionate advocate for seniors and their families during some of life's most important transitions.
Born and raised in Maryland, Susan is a devoted wife, mother, and proud grandmother who treasures spending time with her family. Known affectionately as "Nana," she enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and making lasting memories with her loved ones.
With over 30 years of real estate experience, Susan has dedicated her career to helping people navigate major life changes with confidence and compassion. She understands that transitions involving aging, downsizing, moving, estate administration, and after-loss responsibilities often require much more than a real estate transaction—they require guidance, support, and trusted resources.

Through Total Senior Solutions, Susan and her team provide senior move management and transition services. Through ClearMove Solutions, a DOT-licensed and insured moving company, clients receive professional moving services tailored to seniors and specialty moves. Through Legacy & After Loss Solutions, families receive compassionate guidance and practical support before and after the loss of a loved one.
